Exchange and Return Policy
The consumer has the right to request an exchange or return the product within one day (24 hours) of receiving the order.
*Provided that the product is in the same original condition and with all its accessories, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping*
To request an exchange or return, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp and provide them with the order number, and a picture of the product and its accessories.
Exchange and return conditions:
1- If you receive a wrong product or one that is not as described in the store, or if you receive a damaged product, the wrong or damaged product will be returned to the store and we will bear the shipping fees.
2- The product must be new, in its original condition with all its accessories, and the Exchange or return request must be submitted within one day (24 hours) of receiving the order
3- For health reasons and for the safety of our dear customers, we cannot Exchange or return the earrings
4- The product must be well packaged to ensure that it arrives in good condition to the store
5- The shipping company representative will contact you and receive the shipment
6- The Exchange or return fees is 30 Saudi riyals (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
7- The Exchange or return process takes from 4-15 working days
Note: In the case of special requests and requests that have been modified by the consumer, Exchange or return is not accepted
